Management Team

The Company has assembled a strong and experienced management team, most with many years of highly successful experience in the medical device industry and INR market.  In addition, the Company has engaged distinguished and highly experienced medical advisors, to assist in the development of a comprehensive strategy to expedite the worldwide approval process and acceptance.

Rob Abrams, President and Chief Executive Officer has over 27 years of experience in product development for biomedical devices, research, operational management, new business development and strategic investments. In addition to his position as CEO at Pulsar Vascular, Rob is also an operating partner at Sanderling Ventures.  Overall, Rob holds 65 patents in the medical device industry.

Chad Roue, Vice President of Research and Development brings over 20 years of extensive technical and management experience in the medical devices field to Pulsar Vascular. Chad has over 40 patents issued and many pending related to cardiology, catheters, stents and therapeutic aneurysm therapies.

Claire Houston, Vice President of Clinical Development has more than 24 years of experience in high growth medical device companies in Silicon Valley.  During her career, Claire has played key roles in the areas of traditional marketing, clinical affairs, professional education, and clinical marketing.

Ali Shirazi, Vice President of Operations has over 27 years of experience in medical device industry in the Operations organization with both 510(k), and PMA devices. He has successfully established and enhanced Operations for improved quality, product cost, and manufacturing lead-time in both start-up and fortune 500 companies.

Robert Nardelli, Vice President of Regulatory and Quality has over 25 years of experience in medical device Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. He successfully led ISO certification, CE mark projects and PMA activities for a number of medical device companies.
